Enterprise asset management for manufacturers
Maintenance, purchasing, inventory, reliability and fixed assets, working as one system
Buy it, run it, fix it and book it, without typing anything twice. When a bearing starts running hot, VenturusAI drafts the work order with the part listed and a qualified technician proposed. Your planner decides whether to release it.

- Every asset scored, from sensors or work orders. Each one carries its health score, its repair history and everything it has cost since the PO that bought it. Equipment without sensors is scored from its work orders alone.
- CNC-04’s spindle is running hot. The front bearing temperature has climbed for three shifts and is now 11°F over its limit. On the plant map CNC-04 turns yellow, with a health score of 62 out of 100.
- VenturusAI finds the part and suggests a technician. It checks CNC-04’s repair history, finds the 7014 bearing kit in bin A-14 and suggests J. Ruiz, who is qualified for the job and available.
- Your planner makes the call. VenturusAI drafts WO-24817 at High priority, with the kit and J. Ruiz proposed for 2:30 PM. L. Nguyen, the planner, signs off.
- The kit waits at the storeroom window. When the planner approved the job, the kit was reserved. The storeroom pulls it from bin A-14 and tags it to WO-24817 before J. Ruiz gets there.
- J. Ruiz skips the storeroom line. He picks up the kit at the window on his way and has it at CNC-04 by 2:30 PM, before 2nd shift.
- CNC-04’s health score is back to 91. J. Ruiz replaces the front spindle bearing on a planned job, before it turns into a breakdown, and the spindle runs inside its temperature limit again.
- Every repair dollar is charged to CNC-04. Labor posts when J. Ruiz logs it and the kit when it’s issued, both as maintenance expense. Nobody in accounting types any of it in again.
Know what every asset costs, from purchase to scrap
Most plants keep work orders in one system, the PO in the ERP and the fixed-asset register in a spreadsheet. Somebody ties them out by hand every month. In VenturusEAM, all three are attached to the asset. Pull up any asset and the purchase, the monthly depreciation and every repair since it went into service are right there. So is the book value that’s left.

Every work request shows up as a drafted work order
VenturusAI works from your records and suggests the priority, failure code, steps and part, with its confidence and its reasons. Your planner edits it if needed, then approves it. Every suggestion is logged under the name of the person who asked VenturusAI.

Answers about your equipment, with the records behind them
Ask which equipment is behind on its PMs, or the book value of one plant’s equipment. Every number in the answer links back to the record it came from.
Requests reach the planner prioritized, with failure codes suggested
A request that mentions smoke comes in marked as an emergency, with a failure code, craft and steps suggested. VenturusAI shows which words in the request led to each suggestion, and the planner keeps or changes each one.
See which equipment is getting worse, and why
Readings past their limits, repeat breakdowns and overdue work all take points off a health score out of 100. The reasons sit right beside the number.
Next week’s schedule, drafted for your planner
VenturusAI goes through the backlog, overdue jobs first, and suggests a technician for each job by craft and workload, with its reasons. Your planner moves what needs moving and approves the rest.
Connects to the ERP you already run
VenturusEAM connects to virtually any ERP. VenturusEAM reads vendors, items, GL accounts and open purchase orders from your ERP. Journals, asset changes and maintenance cost go back through your ERP’s API or its import tables. The people who build your connection have decades of hands-on work in these ERPs.

Start with the numbers your role answers for
Your week in VenturusEAM, and where each of those numbers comes from.
- Maintenance managersWalk into the morning meeting knowing the backlog, what’s overdue and where PM compliance stands. PMs come due on run hours, and parts are staged before the job starts.→
- ControllersA fixed-asset subledger that reconciles to the GL, and a close your auditor can follow.→
- Plant managersWhich assets are at risk, OEE against target and what each one costs to maintain, across every plant.→
- Reliability engineersFind the equipment that keeps breaking. Failure codes, MTBF and MTTR for every asset, and a flag when the same failure repeats.→
- Buyers and receiversParts ordered quickly without skipping an approval. AP pays only for what was ordered and received.→
An asset’s purchase price is only its first invoice
Send your asset list and a month of work orders before the demo, and we’ll load them. Then you see the whole bill for your equipment: what you paid, what it has cost to keep running and what it’s carried at on the books today.
