An asset register that maintenance and finance both use
VenturusEAM keeps every machine on one record: what it is, where it sits down to the bay and position, what it cost, how it depreciates and how healthy it is. Maintenance, finance and the plant floor read the same record, so a move, a meter reading or a disposal is entered once.

VenturusAIWhy CNC-04 is red
- Spindle temperature was outside its limits on 4 readings in the last 7 days.
- Two corrective work orders in the last 90 days, including WO-24817.
One record for each asset
Identity, location, values, technical data, production links, sensors, safety, warranty, hierarchy, documents and history sit on tabs of one asset page. Location goes down to bay, row, aisle and position, machine tools carry their spindle, travel and table limits, and two people editing the same asset cannot overwrite each other.
Searchable asset register
Lists every asset you are allowed to see, with search, lifecycle filters and totals at the top.
One record per asset
Keeps identity, location, values, technical data, production links, sensors, safety, warranty, hierarchy, documents and history on one tabbed asset page.
Identity and classification
Records what each asset is and how much it matters, so lists and reports can be filtered by type, priority and criticality.
Location down to the bay and position
Places each asset in a company, site and location, then down to bay, row, aisle and position, with its department and cost center.
Cost, values and depreciation settings on the asset
Holds the asset's purchase details, several valuations and its depreciation settings on the same record maintenance uses.
Machine tool specifications
Captures a machine tool's control, spindle, travel and table limits so planners can see what a machine can actually run.
Asset header at a glance
Opens every asset with its open work, next scheduled maintenance, last maintenance date, health score and QR code.
Asset transaction history
Lists every improvement, transfer and disposal on the asset in date order, with amounts and attached receipts.
Parent assets, documents and a QR code on every machine
Link a line to its machines and a machine to its components, and see the parent and every child on the hierarchy tab. Manuals, drawings and certificates are kept with the asset, and each asset has a QR code and a Code 128 barcode number that open its record when scanned.
Parent and child assets
Links assets into parent and child relationships so a line, its machines and their components can be seen together.
QR code on every asset
Gives every asset a QR code that opens its record when scanned, after sign-in.
Documents on the asset
Keeps manuals, drawings, certificates and photos with the asset they belong to.
Asset barcode numbers
Assigns a Code 128 barcode number to every asset that does not have one, in one step.
Meters, sensors and safety on the asset
Meter readings keep their full history and flag a rollover when a reading drops. Each asset records how its sensors connect, its vibration, temperature and pressure limits, its health score, and its lockout, permit, calibration and energy details.
Safety and environmental classification
Flags the hazards and permits that apply to each asset so they are on record before anyone works on it.
Meter readings with history
Records runtime, cycle or distance readings against an asset and keeps the full reading history.
Sensor and device connection details
Records how each asset's sensors connect, and shows the latest readings and connection status on the asset.
Asset health score
Scores each asset from 0 to 100 using out-of-spec sensor readings, recent breakdowns and overdue work.
Calibration record on the asset
Keeps each asset's calibration requirement, frequency, last and next dates, certificate and vendor together.
Energy profile
Records each asset's energy class and power draw so energy-heavy equipment is easy to find.
Meter setup per asset
Marks which assets carry a meter and what kind, with units from a shared list.
Condition thresholds per asset
Sets warning and alarm limits for vibration, temperature and pressure on each asset.
Transfers and physical counts with a record of why
Move one asset or a group to a new location, bay or department with a dated reason, and every move lands in the asset’s history. Count lists by area record each asset as found, missing, unrecognized, duplicate or in the wrong place, and bulk status changes are checked so they cannot strand a depreciation balance.
Physical count lists
Organizes a fixed-asset count into named lists by area, with an owner and a start and finish.
Asset transfers with history
Moves an asset to a new location, bay or department and keeps a dated record of why.
Bulk transfer
Moves a group of assets to a new location and department in one step, with a from-and-to record for each.
Count results by asset
Records what the counter found for each asset, so missing and misplaced equipment is on record.
Count coverage tiles
Shows how many assets have barcodes and how many were counted in the last 30 days.
Bulk status change
Changes the status of many assets at once, with safeguards so a bulk change cannot leave the books wrong.
Bulk operation log
Keeps a record of every bulk change, with a detail page listing each asset it touched.
Bring your register across from Excel
Download the template, upload your register and see every error row with its reasons before anything is saved. The setup wizard loads the rest of your master data in fifteen steps, from companies and sites to vendors, PM templates and capital projects.
Asset import from Excel
Brings an existing asset register in from a spreadsheet, checks every row first, and lets you fix errors before anything is saved.
Master-data setup wizard
Walks you through loading your organization, finance, supply and maintenance master data from Excel templates, step by step.
Import batch history
Lists past asset import batches with their row counts and results.
Master-data export
Exports any master-data list, including the asset register, so you can review or reload it.
Reference data packs with preview
Loads standard reference data, organization and finance, vendor and maintenance packs, each with a preview and validation first.
VenturusAI
VenturusAI scores each asset and shows why
VenturusAI gives every asset a health score from 0 to 100 from out-of-spec readings, repeat breakdowns and overdue work, and keeps the penalties so you can see why a machine is amber or red. You can ask a plain question about asset values or overdue maintenance and get an answer with links to the records. Maintenance and reliability staff decide what to inspect or plan.
How VenturusAI worksAsset health score with reasons
The system scores asset health and shows the penalties behind it. Reliability and maintenance staff decide which assets to inspect or plan work on.
Meaning-based index of items, vendors and work orders
Embeddings index record text in the background. No action is taken from them; people will use search results to find records.
Ask questions about your assets in plain language
The model reads a summary of the person's own company data and writes an answer. It does not change any record; the person reads the answer and opens the linked records to act.

Common questions
Can we import our existing asset register?
Yes. Download the template, upload an .xlsx file up to 10 MB and review the preview, which lists every error row with its reasons. Fix the rows or the reference data, re-validate, then commit the valid rows; each commit is written to the audit log.
Does finance use the same asset record?
Yes. The financial tab holds acquisition cost, salvage, replacement and insured values, the depreciation method and useful life, book value and the GL accounts, on the same record maintenance works from.
How is the health score calculated?
It starts at 100 and deducts for out-of-spec sensor readings in the last 7 days, corrective work orders in the last 90 days and overdue work. Green is 80 and above, amber 60 to 79 and red below 60.
What happens when an asset is deleted?
It is archived, not removed. Its history stays intact, it appears under the Archived filter on the register, and it can be reopened.
The plant never stops. Neither does the record.
Bring an asset list and a month of work orders. We will load them and walk through your own plant in VenturusEAM, from the purchase order to the depreciation run.
