One system for the whole life of every asset

VenturusEAM follows an asset from the capital request to the day it is sold or scrapped. The purchase, the maintenance, the parts and the accounting share one record, so the plant floor and the books always agree. 428 capabilities, 33 of them with VenturusAI doing the legwork.

Common questions

Is VenturusEAM a CMMS or an EAM?

Both, and more than either. It covers what a maintenance system does (work requests, work orders, preventive maintenance, parts) and what an enterprise asset system adds (the asset register, capital projects, fixed-asset books, depreciation and period close) on one record per asset.

Does it replace our ERP?

No. VenturusEAM runs the asset side of the business and connects to virtually any ERP through its SQL database or API, with a REST API, signed webhooks and inbound events alongside, so purchases, journals and asset changes stay in step without re-keying.

Can we start with one module?

Yes. Many plants start with maintenance or the asset register and add capital projects and the fixed-asset books later. Everything you load at the start carries forward, because it is the same record.

Is it cloud or on-premises?

VenturusEAM is delivered as SaaS on Microsoft Azure, with an on-premises option that runs the same product in your own environment.

The plant never stops. Neither does the record.

Bring an asset list and a month of work orders. We will load them and walk through your own plant in VenturusEAM, from the purchase order to the depreciation run.
