The plant floor, machine by machine
VenturusEAM shows every plant you run as a card, every machine as a tile on a floor plan you draw, and every reading against the limits for that kind of machine. Click a machine to see its current job, its operators, its OEE and the maintenance waiting on it.

Every plant on one screen
Each plant you can see is a card with its asset count and how many assets are green, amber and red, plus the plant’s average health. Totals across all plants include the number of red assets, so you know where to look first.
All plants at a glance
Shows every plant you can see as a card with its asset count and how many assets are healthy, at risk or in trouble.
The readings that matter for each kind of machine
Every asset is a card showing the two or three readings for its class, such as spindle temperature and load on a machining center or arc voltage and duty cycle on a welder. Each reading is colored against that class’s normal, warning and critical limits, red machines sort first, and each card shows its open work orders.
Plant floor sensor board
Shows every asset in a plant as a card with the two or three readings that matter for that kind of machine, colored by how far out of range they are.
A floor plan you draw yourself
Drag machines, zones, offices, stations and walls onto a grid and link each machine to its work center. The map tints each machine by whether it is running, in setup, paused or idle, badges its open maintenance, and opens a panel with the current job, the queue, the operators and the OEE.
Plant floor designer
Lets you draw your own floor plan, place machines, zones and offices, and link each machine to a work center.
Plant map with machine status
Shows your floor plan with each machine colored by what it is doing now and badged with its open maintenance.
Machine panel from the map
Opens a panel for any machine on the map showing its current job, what is queued, who is on it, its OEE and its open maintenance.
OEE and work centers shared with production
Each machine carries its OEE targets, standard run rate and ideal cycle time, and its link to a work center, line, cell and shift pattern. The work center grid shows capacity, rates and the average OEE of the linked machines, so maintenance and production look at the same equipment.
OEE targets and current values per asset
Sets OEE targets on each machine and shows its current availability, performance, quality and OEE.
Work centers with live machine state
Lists your work centers with their capacity settings and the linked machines' average OEE in the same grid.
Asset to work center link
Ties each machine to its work center, line, cell and shift pattern, so maintenance and production see the same equipment.
VenturusAI
VenturusAI ranks the machines that need a look
VenturusAI scores each machine from 0 to 100 from out-of-spec readings, repeat breakdowns and overdue work, colors it green, amber or red, and lists the worst first. The breakdown behind each score is on screen, and your reliability and maintenance staff decide which machines to inspect.
How VenturusAI worksAsset health score with reasons
The system scores asset health and shows the penalties behind it. Reliability and maintenance staff decide which assets to inspect or plan work on.

Common questions
Where do the sensor readings come from?
Readings arrive through the sensor API from your gateways, historian or SCADA system. Each asset records its device, gateway, protocol (OPC-UA, MQTT, Modbus TCP or RTU, REST, PROFINET or EtherNet/IP), historian tag and polling interval.
What decides whether a reading is green, amber or red?
Each equipment class has a sensor profile with a normal range, a warning threshold and a critical threshold on the high or low side. A reading is colored by where it falls against the limits for its class.
How do we set up the floor plan?
You draw it in the plant floor designer by dragging, resizing and labeling machines, zones, offices, stations and walls on a snap-to-grid layout. Each site has its own layout, and linking a machine box to a work center lights it up on the plant map.
How are OEE targets set?
On each machine you set target availability, performance, quality and OEE percentages, the standard run rate and the ideal cycle time. Current values show on the asset, the plant map and the work center grid.
The plant never stops. Neither does the record.
Bring an asset list and a month of work orders. We will load them and walk through your own plant in VenturusEAM, from the purchase order to the depreciation run.
