Maintenance software for the person who runs the crew
You see every request, every open work order and every technician’s week on one screen. Preventive maintenance creates its own work orders, and every hour and part your crew records lands on the asset and in the books without anyone re-keying it.

What changes for you
Every request arrives in one queue
Operators report a problem from a phone or by scanning the QR code on the machine. You see every request in one list with the asset already attached, and a request becomes a work order in one click.

Preventive maintenance creates its own work
PM templates hold the steps, parts and safety requirements, and schedules run on the calendar, on meter readings or on sensor conditions. The work orders for the horizon you choose appear every night without anyone building them.

The week is planned against real people
The schedule board shows each technician’s week against their skills, certifications and time off. VenturusAI suggests who should take a job and when, and you accept or move it.

Every hour of labor lands on the asset
Technicians record labor per operation and issue parts against the work order from the mobile app. At closeout the actual cost rolls up to the asset and posts to the ledger, so you can see what each machine costs to keep running.

Repeat failures stand out
Failure codes on every closed job feed a Pareto of what breaks most and where. Assets with repeat breakdowns and falling MTBF show up before they cost you another shift.

Common questions
How do operators submit a work request?
They sign in on a phone or a shared terminal, or scan the QR code on the machine, and describe the problem. The request lands in the planner’s queue with the asset, location and history attached.
Can I see PM compliance by plant?
Yes. The maintenance dashboard shows PM compliance, overdue PM, backlog hours and MTTR, and each figure filters by plant and drills down to the work orders behind it.
Does VenturusAI assign work on its own?
No. VenturusAI suggests a technician and a time slot based on skills, certifications and the board. A planner accepts or changes the suggestion, and the audit trail records who decided.
What happens to the cost of a work order when it closes?
Labor and parts post as they are recorded, and at closeout the actual cost rolls up to the asset. Work that improves the asset can be capitalized onto it or charged to a capital project instead.
The plant never stops. Neither does the record.
Bring an asset list and a month of work orders. We will load them and walk through your own plant in VenturusEAM, from the purchase order to the depreciation run.
