Careers at VenturusEAM
Everyone on our team has time in manufacturing, and we build enterprise asset management software that keeps every asset's purchase, maintenance, parts and books on one record. If you have run a plant, kept machines running, closed the books or built software that people depend on, and you would rather show a thing working than describe it, we would like to hear from you.
How we work
Everything we do goes into VenturusEAM, and it schedules real maintenance and posts to real general ledgers, so a wrong number is a wrong book value or a missed PM. A change merges when the automated tests, the browser tests, the analyzers and the accessibility check all pass, and when it can be shown working rather than described. There is no layer between the person who builds a feature and the technician or controller who uses it.
The five kinds of experience we look for
- Manufacturing operations. People who have run a plant, a line or a maintenance department and know what an hour of unplanned downtime costs.
- Maintenance and reliability. Planners, technicians and reliability engineers who have built PM programs and can tell a useful failure code from a box someone ticks.
- Fixed-asset accounting. Controllers and accountants who have run depreciation, reconciled the asset ledger to the GL and closed a period under audit.
- .NET. Engineers who build server-rendered web applications in C# on PostgreSQL and treat tests as part of the feature, not a chore after it.
- Front-end. People who build dense, keyboard-first screens for planners and controllers, and plant-floor views that stay accessible, in HTML that still reads with scripts off.
