Finds a record by typing its number or name, such as an asset, work order or purchase order, and jumps straight to it.

Items, vendors and work orders are indexed by meaning, so a search for a worn spindle finds the job that said bearing noise. VenturusAI also flags likely duplicate parts and fills part details from a vendor’s product page for the buyer to review.

Common questions
Can the assistant change a record?
No. It reads a summary of your data and writes an answer. You open the linked record to approve, assign or edit anything.
How accurate are the answers?
Answers come from your own records, and each one links to the records behind it so you can check the figure before acting. Where data is not available, such as pay rates, the assistant says so instead of guessing.
Can someone at Plant 2 see Plant 1 data through the assistant?
Only if they are assigned to Plant 1. The summary is built from the companies and sites the person asking is assigned to.
Is our data used to train the model?
No. No customer data trains any model.
The plant never stops. Neither does the record.
