One view of the plant for the plant manager
You see which machines are healthy, at risk or in trouble, what the crew is working on and what each asset costs to keep running. Capital projects, purchasing and maintenance sit in the same system, so the numbers in your weekly review agree with each other.

What changes for you
You see trouble before it stops a line
Each asset carries a 0 to 100 health score from sensor alarms, repeat breakdowns and overdue work, with the reasons shown. The plant map colors machines green, amber or red so you know where to walk first.

Downtime and OEE come from the same records
Availability, MTTR, MTBF and OEE are built from work orders and machine data, not a separate spreadsheet. You can filter by plant or line and open the jobs behind any figure.

Maintenance spend is clear by machine
Labor and parts roll up to each asset at closeout. You can see which machines cost the most to keep running and make the repair or replace call with real numbers.

Capital projects stay on budget and on schedule
Each project shows budget against actual by cost type and when the equipment lands. When the machine is installed, it becomes an asset in one step and starts depreciating.

Common questions
How is the asset health score calculated?
It combines recent out-of-limit sensor readings, corrective work and overdue maintenance into a score from 0 to 100. The asset page lists the reasons behind the score, so you can see why it moved.
Can I compare Plant 1 and Plant 2?
Yes. The overview shows every plant you can see as a card with asset counts by health, and every dashboard filters by plant, line and department.
Do I need sensors on every machine?
No. Assets without sensors still get a health score from work history and overdue work. Sensors and meter readings add to it where you have them.
The plant never stops. Neither does the record.
Bring an asset list and a month of work orders. We will load them and walk through your own plant in VenturusEAM, from the purchase order to the depreciation run.
