A voice button on the operational screens takes a spoken question, answers it out loud and shows the answer with links to the right records. Receivers ask what is arriving today, find a receipt by number or lot, and trace a receipt back to its purchase order, and any receive or hold is confirmed on screen before it posts.

Can a voice command post a receipt by itself?
No. Voice can start a receive or a hold, but the receiver confirms it on screen before anything posts.
What if it misunderstands the question?
The answer is shown on screen with links, so the receiver sees exactly what it understood. Questions are read-only, and the person decides what to do with the answer.
Is what we say recorded?
The words used are logged with each AI-assisted action, under the person who spoke, so the audit trail shows who asked for what.
Can we switch voice off?
Yes. Each VenturusAI service, including voice, stays off until an administrator turns it on.
